New Hours of Operation
Office Hours:
9:00am - 3:00pm Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays each week.
Hamper Hours:
Bookings: 9:00am - 11:30am. To book a hamper call 223-3881.
Pickups: 12:00pm until last scheduled hamper is given out
(Food Bank will close for further pickups that day
NOTE: We suggest everyone phone in for a hamper. Please be patient as our phone is very busy. If your call is disconnected, please keep trying. We will only be staying open till our final assigned appointment time of the day. (We desire our staff and volunteers to be limiting their time out in public and we want to do our part in stopping the spread of this virus.) For those without phones, we will accept walk up hamper requests. Knock on the door and we will assist you.

New Protocol When Picking Up Hampers
Practising social distancing protocols while waiting outside for assigned times is critical to ensure safe distances for clients, the staff and volunteers, and stop the spread of this virus.
• It is extremely important that clients arrive only at their assigned pick-up time.
• Clients arriving earlier than their assigned time does not mean they will be allowed to pick their hamper up earlier than scheduled.
• Clients who arrive later than their assigned time, will be asked to reschedule for another time.
• Clients arriving without an appointment, will not receive a hamper. (You will be asked to phone and book an appointment time the next day we are open.)
We understand this is not ideal but we are focusing on trying to meet the demand in an unprecedented scenario.
NOTE: Each hamper includes the essentials for your household. We appreciate your patience as we make sure we can feed Dryden with our resources of staff, volunteers and food at this unprecedented time. We have a very limited capacity to accommodate special requests for hampers. Hygiene and cleaning supplies requests cannot be guaranteed.
